Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking confirmation fee

A $30 booking confirmation fee is required to secure a confirmed appointment or service booking. This amount is deducted from the total service fee and is not an additional charge.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Your booking confirmation fee can generally be transferred to the rescheduled appointment, provided personalised preparation has not already been completed and the change is agreed with Leaf & Logic NutriShift.

Client cancellations and missed appointments

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, do not attend your appointment, or cancel after personalised preparation has already started, the booking confirmation fee may be retained to cover the time reserved or work already completed.

Where more than 24 hours' notice is provided and no personalised preparation has started, refund requests for the booking confirmation fee will be considered promptly.

Cancellation by Leaf & Logic NutriShift

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your booking confirmation fee will be transferred to a new appointment time or refunded if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

If a service has a problem, is not supplied with due care and skill, or another consumer guarantee applies, we will respond in accordance with applicable consumer law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@leaflogic-nutrishift.com.au with your name, booking reference and the reason for your request. We will review the circumstances and confirm the outcome by email.

Processing time

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where practicable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available after the refund is processed.
