Meet Cora Potgieter, Certified Nutritionist

Meet Cora Potgieter, a Certified Nutritionist based in Perth, Western Australia. Cora created Leaf & Logic NutriShift to help people build practical, everyday confidence around food choices — not through rigid rules, but through realistic nutrition education.
About Cora
Cora is a Certified Nutritionist who believes that nutrition guidance should be practical, accessible and tailored to real life. She works with people who want to feel more confident around food, meal planning and everyday nutrition choices.
Her approach is shaped by the belief that nutrition information should be easy to understand, meal planning should fit into real routines rather than adding to the stress, confidence around food comes from knowledge rather than restriction, and small, repeatable habits matter more than perfection.
Why Cora started Leaf & Logic NutriShift
Cora noticed that many people feel overwhelmed by nutrition advice. There is no shortage of information, but there is a real shortage of practical, actionable guidance. She wanted to create a service that focuses on what people can actually do — not just what they should know.
Leaf & Logic NutriShift was built to bridge the gap between nutrition knowledge and everyday practice.
What Cora offers
Through Leaf & Logic NutriShift, Cora provides practical nutrition education, realistic meal planning, food diary review, shopping-list support, pantry guidance, balanced meal ideas and support for building confidence around everyday food choices.
A practical, real-life approach
Cora does not use rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches or promote unnecessarily restrictive eating. Instead, she helps people understand practical food choices and develop realistic plans that suit their household, preferences, budget and routine.
Whether you are meal planning for a busy family, trying to make sense of food labels, or simply wanting to feel more organised in the kitchen, Cora's goal is to give you practical tools you can use straight away.
Cora's philosophy
Cora's philosophy is simple: natural nutrition made practical. She believes that food should be enjoyed, not feared. Nutrition choices should be sustainable, not extreme. Everyday habits matter more than occasional dramatic changes. And knowledge builds confidence.
This philosophy shapes every consultation, every blog post and every resource shared through Leaf & Logic NutriShift.
What to expect
When you work with Cora, you can expect practical, realistic guidance tailored to your situation. Clear, jargon-free explanations. A focus on what is achievable, not what is perfect. And respect for your time, budget and preferences.
